Swan Analytical USA, a global leader in high-precision water analysis instrumentation, seeks a District Sales Manager based in the Oxford, MS area with regional travel. You will develop regional sales strategies, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with technical experts to deliver demos and solutions.

Ideal candidates have a science or engineering background, proven B2B sales track in analytical instrumentation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or related field.
• Sales experience in analytical instrumentation or technical fields is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Collaborate with technical experts to deliver engaging demos and solutions.
• Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for customers and partners.
• Negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success.
