Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or related field is preferred.
- Sales experience in analytical instrumentation or technical fields is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally and adapt to varying customer environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets.
- Build and manage a regional sales pipeline through outreach and relationships.
- Identify new opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
- Collaborate with technical experts for demos and solutions.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for customers and partners.
- Negotiate contracts with focus on mutual success.
- Report on sales performance and market insights.
- Represent Swan Analytical at trade shows and industry events.
