Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with Sales/Marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with Sales/Marketing experience acceptable with 8+ years experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years Sales/Marketing experience acceptable.
• High school diploma with 12+ years Sales/Marketing experience and 2 years managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Track the progress of marketing messages and programs.
• Provide feedback to district teams on marketing, allocating, monitoring, and leveraging internal and external resources.
• Manage district teams to maximize performance and achieve sales and budget targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Ensure training compliance.
• Coach and counsel for future development.
• Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Coordinate with district and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, other BU).
• Share best practices with direct reports and peers.
• Coordinate/participate in cluster teams.
• Conduct district sales meetings to guide districts.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to meet objectives.
