• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with 6–8+ years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Associate’s/High school diploma with 10+ years in sales leadership.

Responsabilités

• Track progress of marketing messages and programs.
• Provide feedback to district teams on marketing assets and resources.
• Manage district teams to maximize performance and hit targets.
• Screen, interview and hire candidates.
• Ensure training compliance and ongoing coaching.
• Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and share best practices.
• Lead district sales meetings and develop local relationships with Opinion Leaders.
