Qualifikationen

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate, or HS diploma with required Sales/Marketing experience.
• 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing resource allocation.

Aufgaben

• Track the progress of marketing messages and programs.
• Provide feedback to district teams on marketing, allocating, monitoring, and leveraging internal and external resources.
• Manage district teams to maximize performance and achieve sales and budget targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Ensure compliance with training.
• Demonstrate appropriate coaching and counseling for development.
• Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Coordinate and communicate with district and cross-functional teams.
