Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage

Responsibilities

• Set KPI targets for Account Managers and oversee these monthly indicators including feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate ASM performance and execution.
• Teach Account Managers selling skills, including role plays, retail math, and understanding buyer personalities.
• Conduct regular Account Manager meetings/workshops to improve operational expertise and reward results.
• Collaborate across the organization and share best practices; lead the team with the company’s standards and values.
