Job summary

• Lead a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in-store execution.
• Establish KPI targets for each ASM and monitor monthly indicators.
• Coach, train, and develop the ASM team through meetings and field rides.
• Maintain regular communication with retail partners to implement programming.
• Collaborate across the organization and lead peers on best practices.
• Ensure adherence to standards and operating procedures.
