Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager in Ohio to lead a team of Account Sales Managers, drive in-store execution, and deliver growth across assigned accounts.

You will coach reps, set KPI targets, ride routes to train staff, and collaborate across the organization to uphold Red Bull's standards while developing a diverse, high-performing sales force. Must have 3+ years in DSD, a valid US driver's license with DOT medical card, ability to lift 25 pounds, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Account Sales Managers and drive in-store execution.
• Set KPI targets for each Account Manager and review monthly performance.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners to implement programming.
• Spend time on route rides to train and evaluate ASM performance.
• Coach selling skills, role plays, and retail math; understand buying personalities.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and build a diverse, high-performing team.
