Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in Texas seeks a District Sales Manager to lead Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for key customers. You will drive sales, monitor KPIs, and coach your team.

You will spend two days on route rides weekly to train performance, teach selling skills, and conduct regular meetings. You will collaborate across the organization, uphold standards, and recruit a diverse team that reflects the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Account Sales Managers to execute in-store plans for assigned customers.
• Drive sales volume and monitor KPIs across the district.
• Coach and develop the ASM team; conduct regular meetings and reviews.
• Spend two full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and ensure standards.
• Build a diverse organization reflecting the marketplace and uphold Red Bull values.
