Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a group of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution with essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track KPI performance, and coach the team to exceed targets.

You will spend two days weekly on route rides to train and evaluate managers, teach selling skills, and conduct group and 1-on-1 sessions. Collaboration across the organization will be key to sustaining standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Establish Sales/KPI targets for each Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators; provide feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming.
• Spend time on route rides (2 full days per week) to train and evaluate Account Manager performance and market conditions.
• Teach Account Managers selling skills using the established selling process, including role plays and overcoming objections.
• Lead regular Account Manager meetings/workshops to improve operational expertise and recognize results.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and uphold standards and procedures.
