Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent required.
• Five years of experience in commercial/industrial sales, or two years in sales management.
• Must be domiciled within 50 miles of the listed sales territory.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily leadership and guidance in training, coaching and development.
• Call on selected accounts with sales representatives.
• Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
