Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams (front-line management).
- Proven success leading teams through product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic action.
- Willingness to travel 60–75% including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Build & lead a high-performing district sales team.
- Recruit exceptional Therapeutic Specialty Representatives aligned with mission.
- Develop team through field coaching, feedback, and development plans.
- Establish performance metrics and coaching to drive launch milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure brand execution and market access.
