Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers and drive in-store execution for key customers in Arlington Heights, IL. The DSM will establish KPI targets, coach the team, and conduct regular route rides to train and evaluate performance.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in DSD, experience supervising sales professionals, and a valid US driver's license with a DOT Medical card. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Must have valid US driver's license and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in-store execution for assigned customers.
• Establish KPI targets for each ASM and monitor monthly indicators; provide feedback and coaching.
• Spend two full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate ASM performance and field execution.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and lead the team in line with Red Bull's standards.
