Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for a defined group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track KPIs, and coach the team, ensuring programs are implemented effectively.

The role requires 3+ years in DSD management, team supervision, and a valid US driver’s license with a DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of a DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and displays.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish Sales/KPI targets for each Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators (feedback, coaching, performance reviews).
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate performance and selling skills.
• Lead regular Account Manager meetings/workshops to improve operational expertise and recognize results.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and ensure standards and procedures are followed.
