Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or higher with sales/marketing experience.
• Multiple combinations of degrees and years of sales/marketing experience are acceptable.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience leading teams.
• Experience in biologics, buy and bill model, or specialty sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge to medical professionals and customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with district teams, Marketing, Finance and other units.
• Lead district teams to maximize performance and meet sales targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Ensure training compliance and ongoing development.
• Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to align objectives.
• Lead district sales meetings and coordinate with cross-functional peers.
