Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Masters degree and 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Bachelors degree and 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Associates degree and 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• AND 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.

Responsibilities

• Liaison to customers by providing clinical knowledge of products to medical professionals.
• Contribute to district sales plans and meet/exceed targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive district objectives.
• Recruit, interview, and hire sales staff; manage performance reviews.
