Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager, Insurance to lead district sales initiatives for Hyundai Capital Insurance products, including Vehicle Service Contracts and GAP. You will act as the primary contact for assigned dealers, providing training and consultative support to drive product penetration and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or dealer relations
• Experience with automotive finance, insurance, or related field preferred
• Experience training, consultative sales, or product education to dealer or field teams preferred
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, territory management, and consultative selling
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations and F&I processes

Responsibilities

• Develop district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products
• Build and manage dealer relationships as primary sales contact and trusted advisor
• Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams
• Analyze district performance and dealer trends to identify growth opportunities and set action plans
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve F&I challenges and ensure program compliance
