Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a District Sales Manager for Kia Insurance to expand district-level sales initiatives and deepen dealer engagement across Hyundai Capital Insurance products. You will serve as the primary relationship manager, delivering training and consultative guidance to boost product penetration and annual sales objectives.

The role requires 5–7 years in sales/dealer relations with automotive finance exposure, a bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, dealer relations, automotive finance, or related field.
• Experience working with automotive dealerships and F&I products preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, account management, territory management, and consultative selling practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage strong dealer relationships as the primary sales contact for assigned dealerships.
• Provide training and product education to dealer principals, finance managers, and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance and dealer trends to identify growth opportunities and inform leadership.
