Job summary

Polyglass USA, Inc. / Mapei Group is seeking a District Sales Manager to promote Polyglass roofing products across the West Texas region. This is an IC role focused on building partnerships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and architects while delivering against sales plans.

You will identify new opportunities, forecast market trends, and gather competitive insights to drive growth. Regular travel and remote work from a home base are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials or related industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain sales within an established customer base.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and specifiers.
• Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify project leads within your territory.
• Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and partner events.
• Provide product support and basic troubleshooting for customers.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and product feedback.
• Maintain accurate and timely field reports and sales data.
• Plan and organize your territory to maximize efficiency and results.
