Job summary

Polyglass is seeking a BES District Manager to drive the sale of waterproofing products across the assigned territory. You will build relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors, and architects while meeting monthly budgets and forecasting trends.

Responsibilities include expanding existing accounts, targeting new opportunities, delivering trainings, and providing updates on market dynamics. 25% travel and a proven field sales track record are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent completion required.
• 2–5 years of industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to travel at least 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintains existing sales and grows additional sales at current customer base.
• Implements sales strategy defined by leadership team.
• Prospects new distributors, contractors and specifiers.
• Manages projects from specification stage to completion.
• Explores project leads in the assigned district.
• Conducts trainings and presentations for architects, distributors, consultants and contractors.
• Reports updates on product issues, competition, trends and opportunities.
• Partners with the specifier community to develop Polyglass BES systems.
