Amgen seeks a District Sales Manager to lead sales activities across Charlottesville, Arlington, Reston, Harrisonburg, Roanoke, Springfield and Manassas in Virginia and Morgantown, Parkersburg, Beckley and Charleston WV.

You will drive clinical product knowledge with medical professionals, coach district teams, hire staff, and coordinate with cross‑functional partners to maximize performance and meet budget targets. Salary shown reflects a comprehensive rewards plan.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor or equivalent sales/marketing experience with leadership.
• 2+ years managerial experience directing teams, projects or resources.

Responsabilités

• Lead district teams to achieve sales and budget targets.
• Screen, interview and hire candidates for district roles.
• Build local Opinion Leader relationships to support objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and other units.
• Conduct district sales meetings and performance reviews.
