Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for a select group of essential customers. You will drive sales growth, track KPIs, and coach your team to achieve targets in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

In this role, you will spend 2 full days on route rides each week to train and evaluate performance, develop selling skills, and ensure executional excellence across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card

Responsibilities

• Establish Sales/KPI targets for each assigned Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate performance.
• Coach Account Managers on selling skills and the established selling process; conduct regular meetings/workshops.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and ensure standards are followed.
