Dexcom is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop a high-performing district team across healthcare settings in the United States. You will coach Territory Business Managers, execute district plans for market expansion, and drive revenue growth through strategic field execution and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years in the industry, 2–5 years in management, and a proven ability to lead in a dynamic medical device environment. Hybrid remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
• 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a district team with accountability and collaboration.
• Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute district plans to expand markets and revenue.
• Lead field execution across endocrinology, primary care, health systems, pharmacies, and diabetes programs.
• Partner with field teammates to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge.
• Use data and market insights to identify opportunities and remove barriers.
• Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the district.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Trade, Government Affairs and Ops to drive growth.
• Champion talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure adherence to policies, quality, and regulatory standards.
