Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a District Sales Manager II to lead a team of District Sales Managers and drive in-store execution for a defined profit center.

The role focuses on coaching, developing the team, and achieving volume and KPI targets with key retailers. You will collaborate with the GSM, train DSMs in selling processes, and ensure adherence to Red Bull standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a group of District Sales Managers within a defined profit center.
• Drive in-store execution, sales volume, and KPI tracking with key customers.
• Coach and develop DSMs; provide feedback, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with GSM to align on goals and executional priorities.
• Spend at least 1 day per week in the field training DSMs and ensuring execution.
