Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Budgeting experience preferred.
• Product lining experience preferred.
• Marketing experience preferred.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Auditing experience preferred.
• Experience with expense reporting preferred.
• Sales prospecting experience preferred.
• Selling techniques proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage district sales efforts to increase client base according to corporate guidelines.
• Recruit, select and direct sales staff to meet or exceed corporate goals.
• Identify potential management candidates and refer to Zone Manager.
• Manage line-by-line budgets for assigned area.
• Present a positive image of the corporation to clients and community.
• Collaborate with branch managers to align objectives and address issues.
• Ensure weekly activity reports and commission/expense audits are accurate.
• Initiate and supervise ongoing training of assigned sales reps in product/competitive knowledge and selling skills.
