• Recruits, selects, and directs sales staff to meet or exceed goals.
• Monitors attainment versus forecast and takes corrective action.
• Identifies potential management candidates and escalates to Zone Manager.
• Manages line-by-line corporate budgets and expenses.
• Projects a positive image representing the corporation to clients and community.
• Partners with branch managers to develop objectives and solve problems.
