Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in foodservice.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Coach and direct SCs through weekly work-withs and district meetings.
• Lead customer engagement and promote technology-enabled sales channels.
• Utilize Sysco CRM and Sysco 360 for planning, forecasting, and engagement.
