Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Coaches and conducts a average of 3-5 work-withs per week with SCs.
• Leads district meetings to educate, inspire and drive sales behavior changes.
• Directs Customer Engagement efforts to provide Sysco customers with expanded service options.
• Utilizes CRM for sales planning, forecasting, and daily engagement; drives usage of Sysco 360.
