Sysco Denver is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive sales performance and develop Sales Consultants. You will coach and mentor a team, lead weekly district meetings, and expand customer engagement through technology-enabled services and team selling. Strong CRM discipline and strategic territory planning are essential.

You will support national campaigns, manage key accounts, and ensure profitable growth through proven leadership and coaching excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School education required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years' experience growing profitable foodservice sales; 5+ years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages performance and development of Sales Consultants (SCs) within the district.
• Conducts 3–5 SC work-with sessions weekly and leads Friday district meetings.
• Drive customer engagement via technology enablers, value-added services and team selling.
• Coach, train and provide timely feedback to develop consultative selling skills.
• Plan and manage territory, CRM usage, and sales forecasting.
