Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams and coaching for performance.
• Ability to analyze data and forecast sales results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Coach through 3–5 work-withs per week and lead district meetings.
• Drive customer engagement and use of technology to enable sales growth.
• Utilize CRM and Sysco 360 for planning, forecasting and engagement.
• Execute territory planning, manage top accounts, and promote campaigns.
