Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in foodservice.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3–5 SC work-withs per week.
• Lead Friday district meetings to educate, inspire and drive sales.
• Direct Customer Engagement by enabling expanded service options for Sysco customers.
