Global Payments is seeking a District Sales Manager on the Genius team to drive revenue, mentor a high-energy outside sales team and shape regional strategy. You will lead from the front, coach talent, and build a strong, predictable pipeline while accelerating deal momentum.

You’ll spend up to 75% of your time in the field, developing people and executing with a focus on measurable outcomes in a dynamic fintech environment.

• Proven success leading an outside sales team with 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve targets.
• Confident in leading from the front and building credibility through action and results.
• High energy, competitive drive, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Able to connect with people, build trust quickly and influence performance.
