Global Payments is seeking a District Sales Manager on the Genius team in the United States. You will lead an energetic outside sales team, drive revenue growth, and shape territory strategy while coaching talent and building a strong pipeline across your region.

You will spend up to 75% of time in the field, partnering with clients and senior leaders to accelerate deals and win rates, with performance-driven culture and opportunities to influence the future of commerce.

Qualifications

• Prior success leading an outside sales team with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to coach and develop others to hit targets and improve performance.
• Comfort spending 75%+ of time in the field with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional outside sales performance and results across your territory.
• Lead from the front with hands-on coaching and real-time feedback.
• Build a strong, predictable pipeline by partnering with the team.
