Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in foodservice.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3–5 work-with sessions per week with Sales Consultants.
• Lead district meetings to educate, inspire and drive behavior changes that boost sales.
• Drive Customer Engagement by enabling SCs with expanded service channel options.
• Promote continuous improvement in technology, sales skills, soft skills, and product knowledge.
• Use Sysco CRM and Sysco 360 for planning and engagement.
