Airgas is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive outside sales growth and field execution across Arkansas retail and field accounts. You will lead Account Managers, coach in strategic sales initiatives, and expand the regional footprint while ensuring strong customer engagement.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, territory management, and collaborative leadership with the regional sales team to maximize performance and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong financial & analytical acumen including P&L interpretation.
• Clear English communication (written & verbal).
• Ability to analyze, report & present financial and sales data.
• Proven partnership-building & selling capabilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Direct the overall sales performance and pipeline health to meet targets for new business and expansion.
• Establish territories and quotas while analyzing market trends and forecasts.
• Maintain substantial time in the field coaching AMs and driving collaborative selling.
• Train, coach, and direct Account Managers in core sales methodologies.
• Conduct monthly reviews with AMs to drive growth plans and performance.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of key regional accounts with high retention and customer experience.
• Execute plans to realize pricing targets and optimize margins.
• Partner with Account Executives to align regional sales strategies and drive activity.
• Identify expansion opportunities and operational efficiencies within existing accounts.
