Airgas is hiring for a District Sales Manager in Oklahoma. This role drives outside sales growth, coaches Account Managers, and expands the regional footprint through proactive lead generation and strategic account management.

The candidate will establish territories and quotas, analyze market trends, partner with regional sales, and lead monthly reviews to maximize territory growth and customer retention.

Formación

• Strong financial and analytical acumen to interpret P&L and margins.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, report, and present financial and sales data effectively.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the overall sales performance and pipeline health.
• Establish territories and quotas; analyze market trends and forecasts.
• Maintain field coaching for Account Managers and drive new business opportunities.
• Train and coach AMs in core sales methodologies and collaboration.
• Conduct monthly reviews with AMs to measure performance against targets.
• Grow and retain a current portfolio of regional accounts.
