Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a District Sales Manager in Oklahoma to drive outside sales growth and mentor Account Managers. You will lead proactive lead generation, field coaching, and strategic account management to expand the regional footprint while ensuring strong customer relationships and margin targets.

The role emphasizes training AMs in consultative selling, pipeline visibility, and achieving annual targets across new business and account expansion.

Qualifications

• Effective financial and analytical acumen; ability to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, report, and present sales data.
• Strong partnership-building and selling skills.
• A valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive outside sales growth and manage accounts with a hunter mindset.
• Lead field coaching and strategic account management to grow revenue.
• Set territories and quotas; analyze market trends and forecasts.
• Train and coach Account Managers in sales methodologies and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales to align strategies and maximize footprint.
