Qualifications

• Strong financial and analytical acumen with ability to interpret P&L statements.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze, report, and present financial and sales data effectively.
• Effective partnership-building and selling skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Direct overall sales performance and pipeline health to achieve targets.
• Establish territories and quotas; analyze market trends and forecasts.
• Coach Account Managers in sales activities and collaborative selling.
• Train and direct Account Managers in core sales methodologies.
• Conduct monthly reviews and develop plans for territory growth.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of regional accounts with high retention.
• Realize strategic pricing targets and review contract files for margins.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to align regional sales strategies.
