The position requires guiding KPI targets with the GSM, maintaining strong retailer relationships, and delivering volume and profit objectives while upholding Red Bull standards.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.

Responsabilidades

• Set KPI targets with GSM and manage monthly KPI execution.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners to support programming.
• Lead, coach and develop the DSM team to meet sales targets.
• Spend at least 1 day/week in the field training DSMs and evaluating execution.
• Ensure processes and routines are implemented consistently.
