Responsibilities

• Execute all sales priorities and initiatives including managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Oversee marketing agreements, promotions, and implement channel, packaging, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with accounts and provide feedback to sales leadership on market conditions and competition.
• Coach team members to execute engagement initiatives and foster a culture of learning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
