• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years related experience and 3+ years leadership.
• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years relevant experience and 5+ years leadership experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Manager manages field sales execution in local, regional and national customer accounts while leading all sales priorities and initiatives.
• Leads the merchandising and sales teams, coaching them and providing clear direction.
• Acts as the connection between retail store leadership and field operations to sell in and adhere to customer marketing agreements while driving collaboration between supply chain and field sales execution.
