Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a District Sales Manager in Fontana, CA to drive sales priorities, manage budgets, and lead a team through marketing initiatives and pricing strategies.

You will cultivate relationships with retail accounts and provide market feedback to sales leadership, while coaching team members to execute engagement initiatives and build a strong, capable team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 7 to 9+ years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute all sales priorities and initiatives including managing budgets and profit & loss statements.
• Oversee implementation of marketing agreements, calendar promotions, and channel, packaging, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with accounts through consistent interactions with retail store level and local chain leaders; provide feedback to sales leadership on market conditions.
• Foster a culture of learning by coaching team members on engagement initiatives to build a strong team.
• Other duties as assigned

Education
