Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Sales Manager to lead field sales across local, regional and national accounts. You will guide priorities, coach merchandising teams, and ensure execution of marketing agreements while aligning supply chain and field operations.

Collaborating with distribution and warehouse teams, you’ll optimize pricing, packaging and ordering plans, leveraging training programs to grow team capabilities and performance. Leadership experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Manager manages field sales execution in local, regional and national customer accounts while leading all sales priorities and initiatives.
• As a Sales Manager, you will coach merchandising and sales teams and leverage training programs to build capabilities.
• Serve as the connection between retail store leadership and field operations to sell in and adhere to customer marketing agreements.
• Provide feedback to national customer teams and sales leadership to ensure alignment on marketplace conditions.
• Execute and achieve channel, package and pricing plans while collaborating with distribution and warehouse teams and enabling supply chain initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
