Job summary

Paychex, a leading HCM solutions provider, is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead our district sales efforts under corporate guidelines. You will expand our client base by executing targeted, approved sales and marketing programs and align strategy with district objectives.

You will recruit and mentor a sales team, manage budgets, and collaborate with branch managers to achieve growth while representing the company with integrity and a positive community image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales or marketing required.

Responsibilities

• Manages achievement of corporate objectives by product lines within district responsibility.
• Recruits, selects, and directs sales staff to meet or exceed goals; monitors forecast attainment.
