Master Fluid Solutions is seeking a seasoned metalworking fluids sales professional to work with distributors and customers in an assigned area. You will provide technical sales support, develop business plans with local partners, analyze markets, and maintain key relationships to promote our products and services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical or industrial sales experience.
• Associate degree in Management, Marketing, or related field required.
• Directs sales activities of service engineers and distributors in the assigned district.

Responsibilities

• Assists the National Sales Manager in district development, target account selection, and maintaining relations with machine tool builders.
• Complies with policies on travel, expenses and reporting functions.
• Supports the Premier Distributor Program through training and communications.
• Manages pipeline, distributor network, product and revenue mix, and uses forecasting tools.
