Job summary

Arxada is seeking a Market-facing Key Account Manager for Metalworking Fluids (MWF) to drive growth with strategic customers worldwide. You will align technical and commercial strategies, manage large accounts, and collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver differentiated solutions.

You will lead negotiations, develop growth plans, and influence portfolio strategy while traveling internationally (approx. 30–50%). A strong background in metalworking and chemistry is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial experience in metalworking fluids or related sectors.
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and profitable growth.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or Dynamics; ability to translate tech concepts into value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Metalworking Fluids commercial strategy across global accounts and regions.
• Build trusted relationships with formulators, OEMs, and major manufacturers.
• Identify new opportunities through account expansion and market penetration.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical Service, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver customers' outcomes.
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and pricing discipline.
