Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a District Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with independent distributors and retailers across a defined Indiana district, including Carmel and surrounding areas. You will drive sales, recruit new distributorships, and support promotions while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in account management or sales leadership in food & beverage, ability to work from home, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

2+ years of account management or sales leadership experience in food & beverage or grocery industries.
Territory includes NE Indianapolis, Noblesville, Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Lebanon and Frankfort; reside in district or willing to relocate.
Willingness to work from home and manage accounts remotely.
Basic proficiency with business software; comfortable with Google Workspace.
Clear driver’s record and reliable transportation.
Advanced degree, training or military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with independent distributors and retailers in the district.
Recruit and appoint quality distributorships; provide orientation to new partners.
Act as liaison between McKee Foods and distributors; communicate regularly with partners.
Develop retailer relationships and gain shelf space, promotions, and product placements.
Manage sales territory logistics and ensure territory goals are met.
