McKee Foods, a privately held family-run company, is seeking a District Sales Representative to drive customer development and distributor relations in the Harrisburg, PA region. You will help grow snack cake sales through strong distributor partnerships and retailer promotions.

The role requires 2+ years in account management/sales leadership in food & beverage, with home-office flexibility, early start times, and a valid driver’s license. Advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ total years of account management and/or sales leadership experience in food & beverage or grocery.
• Territory includes Harrisburg, Palmyra, Lebanon, Middletown, Mt. Joy, Elizabethville and New Bloomfield, PA; candidate must reside in district or relocate.
• Ability to develop accounts and build rapport with new and existing clients and distributors.
• Proficiency with business software and willingness to learn new tools (Google Workspace).
• Ability to work from home and start early (around 4:00 AM).
• Clear driver’s license record and preferred advanced training or military experience.

• Build strong relationships with independent distributors in the district.
• Recruit and appoint quality candidates for distributorships.
• Provide sales assistance to distributors and help grow snack cake sales.
• Coordinate with retailers to gain product space and promotions.
