Job summary

Majik Rent To Own is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple stores across the district, drive KPIs, and align store leadership with company culture. You will set goals, monitor results, and ensure the execution plan is in place to reach targets.

You will coach Store Managers, manage staffing, schedules, and payroll, and travel between locations to implement improvements, maintain standards, and support growth. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple stores or units.
• Proven ability to drive sales, profit, and collections targets.
• Strong coaching, evaluation, and development skills.
• Comfortable with weekly reporting and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Own district results including profit, budgets, and payroll.
• Review stores against budget and close performance gaps.
• Coach Store Managers to plan, lead, and develop teams.
• Visit stores on rotation and ensure compliance and safety.
• Develop annual district plan with quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals.
• Lead staffing, training progress, and promotion readiness.
