Job summary

PLS is seeking a District Manager in New York to lead multiple stores, deliver outstanding customer service, and meet sales, operating, and financial goals. Lead and develop Store Managers, uphold cash security, and drive performance across districts.

The role requires coordinating with teams across locations, analyzing trends, and maintaining a strong customer service culture. Travel to stores is expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of multi-unit management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant.
• Ability to engage with customers and build relationships.
• Strong leadership to motivate store managers and teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service within the district and community.
• Develop plans to improve store and area performance as needed.
• Recruit and motivate Store Managers who meet customer expectations.
• Ensure cash security policies and procedures are followed.
• Establish strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Analyze financial statements to increase sales and market share.
• Monitor labor hours, cash, audits and shrinkage.
• Conduct district reviews to ensure policy compliance.
